We are a marketing portal/payment gateway for Premium large dance events across the UK for quality dance promoters from all genres of dance.
Although you can still pay on the door at some events (subject to availability) recent circumstances have taught us online advance payment is the most efficient and preferred option by dancers to guarantee admission to popular events.
How does Dancenights.co.uk Work?
Tickets can be purchased in advance and forwarded to your tablet/phone. Each ticket will have an easily identifiable date and the ticket will be a different colour for each event. your phone tablet ticket will be scanned to verify authenticity. This will allow prompt, swift easy entrance into the venue.
Similar to flight tickets, admission price will increase in the days immediately prior to the event. The purpose is to encourage early purchase so the venue can have sufficient staff and provide the correct number of seats in the event the dance sells all two hundred tickets.
Dancenights.co.uk wants to reciprocate and support those who regularly patronise their events, so the next event will not be open to public purchase for seven days after the last event. During this time, you will receive an email offering you priority purchase for the next event on condition you purchase in those first seven days.
Rewards and Priority Booking How does it work?
Besides the immediate discounts offered by dancenights.co.uk for online ticket purchase, you further gain an additional £1 off your admission by retaining and collecting all tickets for the Big Dance and The Big Tea Dance and using them toward payment for holidays with our sponsors, Dancebreaks.com.
T&C’s are simple… a maximum of £25pp off each holiday and must be used in the same year of the date on your tickets.
Dancenights.co.uk aspiration is to encourage early purchase of tickets, to ensure a good crowd at all events, which creates a positive dancing ambience and then in return, to support those who support our events.

Dancers, all Social Dances are Smart Casual…. Despite their often-premium cost, denim in any form is not included in this category.
Formal and Dress events – Our promoters believe in the coming years these, ‘special bi-monthly events’ at the Corn Exchange will prove highly popular. Formal Balls/Themed Party events create a wonderful, fun, dancing ambience especially when large numbers of dancers take part, so admission to the ballroom is granted in the first instance by meeting the dress code and having the appropriate colour ticket. We regret those not taking full part in the dress code will not be admitted and a full refund will be made to your account in due course.
Parking depends on the venue of the event you are attending. We have done our best to consider parking at each event.

With your invitation to purchase for the next event, you will receive a feedback form to give you the opportunity to tell us what you thought about the host, the music, the format and provide feedback what you would like included in any future events. If your request is in the majority, we will ask dance hosts to include your preferences in their evening dance program.
