Mark started in the dance world  at the age of 10 playing drums for dancing. He had played with many local bands and in 1982 teamed up with Malcolm Wilce  to form the Malcolm  Wilce  Duo. Mark has also played drums on recordings with David Last and Larry Green. In 1990 along with his wife Tracey started running social dances in Weston-s-Mare. They also host their own dance holidays together with supplying recorded music for their own dances and other dance organisers.
